Ok, so this is just a quick video post I wanted to share with you from the a guy named Michael Jake out of Colorado who is known as “The Local Mentor”. In this video he reveals what is in my opinion, the best part of any wholesale real estate investing transaction.

This is the part that everyone strives for and how many times you complete this step will separate you from the rest. I actually found this video on youtube and thought you might be interested. Basically this investor got the deal under contract and purchased it himself. He made no repairs to the home and had a buyer make an offer… Sadly the deal fell through because of financial reasons on the buyers’s part. Finally he had another offer come in… This was a cash offer….and we all know what happened next right?
