65 Ways To Find Motivated Sellers In Any State??

    I wanted to share a list with you that my good friend Steph Davis shared with me.   For those of you that don’t know Steph, she is someone I respect as an expert on REOs.

    REO Investing is in a league of  its own and Steph has managed to flip over 40 properties, even while the economy was at it’s worse.

    Not 4…  40!

    I’m not trying to bragg for her or throw numbers in your face to try and WOW you, but that is pretty impressive, especially given the tough times people have been going through with the market.

    Another great thing about Steph is that she is a giver! She doesn’t horde information like some other investors out there do. In 2010 she released a practical step by step guide on flipping REOs. It’s an easy read and really walks you through flipping these REOs from start to finish. I enjoyed it and have often highly recommended it because I believe it has the ability to take a complete newbie to the next level.   If you don’t know anything about it, then simply go to her “Flip This REO” site and check it out.  With an estimated 1.2 million foreclosures slotted for 2011 due to delinquent loans in the marketplace, REO deals will surely be what many investors will capitalize on.

    Throughout her journey, Steph has had the privilege to gain experience and work with other investors at many different stages. Like myself, she is apart of a mastermind group and someone actually sent her an email that contained 65 Ways To Find Motivated Sellers.   You know this caught my attention, as I’m sure it caught yours!   It’s a free list that she has just laid out on her blog for all to see.   I have no problem giving you the link directly to her blog that gives you the 411.
