You can actually use any Free Classified site. Unfortunately every ad won't contain the phone number because it isn't required. You can also get numbers from the newspaper classifieds. I know there has to be a way around the laws because I still get calls. lol From what I hear, you have to make the leads opt in and then you can call them. Bascially they are giving you permission to do so. This is why companies like Ibuzz are still around. They're using opt in lead lists. So as an update to what I posted above...I'd set up a squeeze page, make the seller or buyer lead opt in for more information, give them some content, and also capture their phone number, so I can do a blast that week.
