Real Estate Ads: 3 Letters That Can Crush Your Competition (Part 1)

With that said, I’d like to you to take a shot at your ability to analzye the real estate ads I put in my latest guest blog post for bigger pockets. These are actual real estate ads that real estate investors are using when competing on google for the term “Sell my house fast” I’d like you to identify which ad you feel is the most unique down to the least uniqe ad.
Why am I asking you to do this?
Well, in this post, I’m also going to be talking about3 letters that can crush your compettion. The 3 letters are U-S-P or your Unique Selling Propostion. If you are ever worried about competition in your market, then you need to develop a USP and all your worries will be gone.

I touch on google adwords a little too, since I used it in my example…But I think we all know how I feel about google at this point. :-/
