Great post, today with the economy and real estate in general in a slump in a lot of places now is not the time to be procrastinating or making excuses or sitting on the sidelines. Its the time Entrepreneurs and Real Estate investors should be acting! When people are losing their homes, mortgage lending taking a hit, jobs taking a hit.. all these present problems for people. You may want to call them Profitable People Problems. Get of the bench get out there and provide them specialized solutions to resolve their issues!

Amen to that Mike! I like the term you used, “Profitable People Problems” Zig Ziglar said it the best, “If you can dream it, then you can achieve it. You will get all you want in life if you help enough other people get what they want.”
