Real Estate Advertising: Why Ryan Deiss and I say Screw Google Adwords!

    Real Estate Advertising has got to be your number one focus when trying to generate buyer, seller, or investor leads. There’s so many ways to do it whether you choose to go the paid route or the free route.

    Google Adwords (PPC) is supposed to be the “king” of Paid Traffic.

    You know when you search for something on google and you see the ads off to the right…

    That’s Google Adwords (PPC) if you didn’t know. PPC means Pay Per Click and again it’s supposed to be good for getting targeted traffic.

    However, whenever I used it, it just seemed like I was throwing money away or simply donating money to Google (who doesn’t need donations). Lots of clicks but no conversions.
    This could only mean 1 of 2 things. My real estate website sucked (which it didn’t because free traffic converted fine) or that the traffic (web visitors) wasn’t targeted enough.

    It got very frustrating and very costly until I stumbled onto a way that allows me to cuts costs by up to 90% and boosts conversions 10X.
    Meaning I could get more buyers and sellers to sign up for my websites without spending an arm and a leg. I’m an investor so when I put my money into something, I expect some type of return. Otherwise, it’s a bad investment. Plain and Simple!
    Even when I do free traffic, I still expect a return because I invested time.

    Anyway, my friend/online marketing mentor Ryan Deiss has found a loophole within Google, that Google most likely doesn’t want everyone knowing about.

    Let me ask you this… How Would You Like to Know Exaclty What Your Potential Buyers and Sellers Are Thinking and Exaclty what they Need, at the Exact moment they need it?

    Real Estate Advertising like this is not easy, yet this is what every marketer/advertiser strives for.

    Imagine a buyer saying to her friend, “I really need to buy a house…Then at that very moment…They see your business offering them a solution.

    I know… I know… It probably sounds too good to be true right? I mean when you think about it, it seems like magical advertising or something…

    However, the reality is that it isn’t too good to be true. It’s the real deal and Google allows it. They just don’t publicize it. Ryan was kind enough to do it for them.

    This method is 300 times more targeted than adwords and you’ll find out why…
