Did you make a New Year’s Resolution? I hope your committed to following through on it. Why? Well, statistics show that many people tend to fade off of their new year’s resolution within the first 3 months of the new year, never reaching their goals. It’s gotten so bad that you’ll find many “experts” and “authorities” advising people not to even set a New Year’s resolution.

To be honest, I think that’s crazy talk. There would only be one thing that would make me agree with their logic and I’ll get to that a little later. What I’d like to do is talk about is 3 Ways you can dramatically increase your chances of not only meeting your new year’s resolution, but meeting any goal that you set.
